| Renee Wanted | Misdiagnosed! Telling us we needed two new motherboards for a total of 400 paid upfront. Took three weeks and one was the wrong part. “Reordered” took only a week and that part was dropped off to my kids and it was used. Not new. AND surprisingly it didn't fix the problem. We tried calling and texting Gerard many times and he has yet to return any of our calls. 400!!! And he won't make it right!!! Just let us return the parts refund 400, minus service call fee of 40. |
