| Randy McPherson | Although the technicians were knowledgeable and thought they had repaired the refrigerator it still is not working. The freezer is either not cold enough or it is too cold and makes ice crystals. The ice maker has made 3 ice cubes in the last 24 hours and is dripping water out of the water dispenser. Less than a year ago we had to replace a compressor. Needless to say we are frustrated and ready to look at other locations for once again a new refrigerator. The Moscow Sears store owner has been extremely helpful in getting the service people to come and try to fix the problems but at this point it still is not working. |
| Reb Randal | I bought a refrigerator in mid September 2019 with delivery for About Oct 4. During the install it was discovered the icemaker did not work. Two months later and two repair visits later... still no ice. It is now December 12 and I am requesting a refund so I can buy a brand OTHER than KENMORE. Save yourself the anguish of repeated times on hold to talk to Sears Repair. The soon to be bankrupt company because of such poor service. |
