Randy has always provided us with excellent service. He repaired my washing machine when he could have told me it was time for a new one. He even kept working after nearly slicing his finger tips off.

Came and looked at our dishwasher a few months ago on a warranty repair. Diagnosed the problem as a bad pump. We never heard from them again despite our calling them multiple times and leaving multiple messages. They were even contacted by the manufacturer on our behalf. We finally gave up on them.

If I could give no stars I would. I have been without a refrigerator for 3 weeks, and he came out to my home 2 weeks ago and won't return phone calls and won't put in the authorization for the part to my home warranty. I finally had to cancel and start over with another appliance repair company. The reviews speak for themselves. We all have the same scenarios, just on different days. Avoid at all costs.
