Heidi Hackler | When the Perkins diesel engine in our sailboat was pronounced unrepairable by two other diesel mechanics who both told us we needed a brand new engine... Ben took one look at it and said "I can fix that!" And so he did. Saving us thousands of dollars and the hassle of a re-power. We are forever grateful to Ben for his extreme knowledge of diesel engines, and ability to repair ours! |
Tanner Gallian | Nathan is great very good people over there. |
Mitch Krupp | Took my 2016 Supreme to them, they winterized it in the fall and then summarized it this spring. When I got it out on the water the first time out everything seemed great. but then half way out into the lake it seemed that the there was alot of heat coming from under the dash in the cockpit area. upon inspection there was water pouring from the heater in the boat. So i give them a call and they told me i need to bring it in. I bring it in and they say that the heater core was cracked do to not having all of the water out of the core. I assumed that they would have taken care of it for me because they did both the winterization and summarization. but they determined that because of the way that it was installed there was no way they could have known that this could have happened. they said that they would cover the install but I had to cover the part which would be at their cost. I find a couple things wrong with this. 1 they don't stand behind their work. 2 when they summarized it they said everything was great. towed the boat an hour away to put it in the water to find something very wrong. 3 they said that they sold me the part "for cost" at 178 when i look online it seems that the part they sold me at cost of 178 actually has a retail price of 129. seems like bad business to me. altogether I gave them 650 for winter and summer services, worst money i have ever spent. beware |
