Our dishwasher was leaking, I called Whirlpool & they set me up with an appointment with a repair service in Boise who couldn't get out to me for three days! I decided to call around starting with Rich's appliance service, when I called the lady on the phone later found out was his sweet wife was so kind & professional. Rich came out the SAME DAY I called. On top of that the base price just to come out and diagnose with the Boise repair place was the price I paid Rich for an hour of his service plus repair!!! Most places charge you a minimum price to come out PLUS the price to fix. Rich took the time to explain what was going on, plus went out of his way to give me some advice on how to care for my dishwasher properly ! If I hadn't known better, I would have thought Rich was a family friend, from the way he took time to be thorough & informative! Would definitely recommend Rich's appliance repair ! |
