Appliance Repair by Lex Brodie’s Tires Kamuela in Waimea, Hawaii

Had an appointment for safety check at 2pm. They informed me I wouldn't pass because of tires. I bought my last four tires here and have all my oil changes done here. Tires never rotated, even though they said they had. Ask if they have two tires in stock and if it could be done that day. After much searching...yes they do but it will be two hours. Ok fine we can fine something to do. Come back at 4:15, truck outside... not because anything was done, nothing had been done. Guess they completely forgot. Wait another hour NOTHING...then I get a call while sitting in the wait room, they pulled the WRONG SIZE TIRES....how does that even happen when I bought the last set there?! Seriously that place is a complete joke. Oh and of course “the correct size” was more expensive. I should have walked out after the first two hours. Do yourself a favor and find a better place like I'll be doing.

I have been a customer of Lex Brodie's for decades and they gave me excellent service throughout those years. Unfortunately, on February 3, 2020 they disappointed me big time. I had an appointment at 11am for safety check and I didn't get out of there until almost 12:30 just for a safety check even though I even checked in 10 minutes earlier than my appointment time so they can tend to my car at 11am, my scheduled time. I waited at the lounge area. By 12:00pm I got curious that my car didn't even move from where I parked so I asked the customer agent how long more I have to wait telling him my car was still in the same place. He went in the back to find out and came back out telling me that they'll take care of it next. What the heck? Why am I making an appointment if they cannot tend to my car on the time I scheduled it? Finally, my car moved from where it was parked and voila, it was done in 10 minutes. All these years when I brought my car for the scheduled safety check, I was out of there in half an hour or less. This incident is very disappointing. I hope the management will conduct a research about this unacceptable experience.
