Appliance Repair by A & E Appliance Inc in Wahiawa, Hawaii

I thought my disappointing interaction with A & E office staff, was an anomaly, but after reading the other reviews here, it's their "normal". A & E office staff, has no concept of "Customer Service" and I was at their mercy, getting my Maytag washer purchased from Home Depot warranty work completed. Their "7-10 business days for this repair", morphed into SEVENTEEN business days and during this time they never called to update me, nor returned my call. During this time, I called them three times, they never called me! I'd probably still be waiting for them to call me, if I didn't follow-up with them. My "office staff" interaction was bad, but the Tech who made the repairs Kyle was GREAT. Friendly, polite and completed the repairs quickly--he should give some lessons to his co-workers on how to treat customers.

Worst customer service ever, it's been 2 months since they trying to fix my washer and keep saying they need to order new parts.we setup morning schedule for repair and they said ok, then on the day when they supposed to come we called them to follow up and they said, they have us on afternoon schedule, this was the second time they changed schedule on us already, very unreliable and lying customer service representative. DONT TAKE THEM FOR REPAIRING YOUR APPLIANCES.. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Continually cancels appointments. I had an appt three weeks in advance. I made arrangements to be home and they cancelled the day of the appt without any explanation. Avoid this company at all costs.
