| Scott Hofstetter | Norm came out about ten days ago and looked at my ice maker. Said it would be no problem ordering a new one and gladly collected 50 CASHas per his suggestion I waited and waited until I finally called their office and was instructed to text a picture of the model number. I did immediately but thought it odd that Norm did not already have that from when he first came to my house... for 50 bucks... Waited and waited some more until I finally called Norm again,,,,3 times. Each time he sounded confused and did not recognize who I was on the phone. After numerous calls to norm and his secretary,,, I gave up,,, and try not to miss my ice maker... or my 50 dollars. |
