| Joan Lendahl | On the 16th of July after technician Allan T supposedly corrected the issue of water building up in floor of freezer then icing up and left, both the freezer and refrigerator no longer work. I called for an emergency tech and was told first available appointment would be August 1 which is when family arrives on island and I will not be home. Phone agent Claudia told me she put in a note that it's an emergency. My food has spoiled. I'm out 166 for a failed repair. My advice to everyone: Don't buy Sears appliances! |
