Everyone is so supportive and helpful. They will patiently answer any questions or concerns you may have. Darlene is extremely knowledgeable about all their products. The delivery people are exemplary and very professional. I have gone back twice for appliances and have not been disappointed. I will go back again & recommend them to everyone.

Be careful. We have a fridge from Hakoda that we've been trying to get fixed forever. We live on the mainland but coordinating with Hakoda and someone on island to fix the fridge has proven near impossible. This after they supposedly fixed it once but less than a month later it isn't working. We are a month in since it broke down again and I still have no idea when someone is coming to fix it. You also have to chase them for follow ups. Don't expect a return call. I've heard good things about them but unfortunately haven't experienced any of it. Update: We were promised a return call yesterday with an update on when they can repair. but again, the call never came. Today we are purchasing a replacement refrigerator from somewhere else. All this time just wasted...

I went here to find a replacement for my dying dishwasher. They had several models on display that seemed to meet my needs, and Ryan patiently went through all of the features of each to help me choose a model. Called a couple of days later to order one, and was able to schedule delivery and installation for the next day. The installers arrived on time and did a very professional job - no spills, no scratches on the floor. The price was good, too. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for an appliance.
