| Kenny Tung | My dishwasher one day decided to stop cleaning my dishes. Note that it worked one day, did not work the next day. The tech did not even bother to listen to my concern and insists that it was an user error. All they told me was to turn up my water heater temperature it is set to 125F and use jet dry. Completely useless suggestions that obviously didn't work. Listen to the other reviewers. STAY AWAY. |

I have been on the phone from 10am until 4pm and you speak to like every service line person you can think about. Not to mention they keep sending you the same anser srvice over and over with no respond service at all . The end I'd call back tomorrow because they close now. REALLY |
| Gene Matsushige | I had an appointment for a refrigerator repair and was told by the call center that I would have 15 minutes once texted that the technician is on his way. Got the text and got home in 10 minutes and found out that the technician left after 8 minutes. In Hawaii, there is no way for anyone to contact the technicians. You have to block off 4 hours of your day. No weekends. The call center is in another country an difficult to communicate with. The warranty is just north of 600 for 2 years. Not worth it if that's the service you receive. |
