| Martha-Sue Blythe | Unfortunately, this establishment is more interested in up-selling customers to new machines than fixing the old ones! 1st time they said their was a red strip of material under the pressure foot which proved the machine ran when they returned it. Problem was some of the stitches on red strip of cloth cannot be done on my machine!!! Needle would not pass through the pressure foot when returned and it broke the needle. They put the wrong pressure foot back on my machine. So I drove again to send the machine in. The repair person again tried to sell me a new or newer machine. Then they said no warranty on their work for my machine! If they had given me my original pressure foot back on the machine everything would have worked fine. Very disappointing. I don't want a plastic machine!! 2nd time they had the machine almost a week, changed the pressure foot & basically said don't bring this machine back here! No I would not recommend this place. I only use the machine about once every 2 yrs- why would I spend hundred's of dollars on another - plastic machine?? |
