| Kimberly Dalton | Dropped my tv off a week ago and paid The diagnostic fee. They called back the next day to tell me what was wrong with the tv, 300 repair and said they would have to order the parts which would take a couple days to come in. I gave them the go ahead to fix it. This was on Tuesday of this week and they said the tv should be repaired by Friday. Well, here it is Friday and I haven't heard from them so I called. The woman said “yeah we haven't gotten the parts in yet so the repairs haven't been started”. I said “okkk, so do you know when you will & when it will be ready?” And her response was “no I have no idea. Maybe it will be ready next week sometime because we're closed on Mondays.” I am on the way to pick up my television now and will NEVER do business with these people again. The lady at the front counter sounds high as a kite and to be honest, I had a bad feeling when dropping the tv off anyway. I heard awful reviews about this company AFTER I'd already dropped off the set. Someone else will be making this 300, not them. I'm just gonna save you some time and frustration, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Awful customer service! |
