| Marquis Beagle | I have been in tanning industry since year 2000. From the beginning this company has been no good. I felt like they were doing me a favor to come and service a tanning unit. Kevin Bell.... Who I believe is in charge told me to go to web site and explain what wanted done. They never responded, I had to call them and ask when was coming. He told me would call me....they did but didnt leave message...so had to wait another week. A technician finally made it to my place. Travel fee was 130, tmax 215...and another 130 for labor....but the stand-up is still not working and they never returned my messages to fix. I called Kevin Bell to ask what's going on and he gave me attitude as to not wanting to hear it! Bottom line ....if possible don't use this company. They aren't official. |
