We recently discovered that our almost 5 year old refrigerator was not keeping things cold. This was the first time since relocating from Western NY a few years ago that we needed to locate an appliance repair professional. We checked out several places online that were near our house and Charlo appliance had outstanding reviews so we thought we'd give him a try. We are so glad that we did! He answers the phone, arrives when he says he's going to and does an incredible job of fixing the problem at a very fair price!! We hope we don't need to call on him, but if the need arises, there will be no hesitation to use Charlo for future appliance repairs!!

After finding out on a Saturday that our dryer was out I was afraid I would have to purchase another! Charlo came on short notice on a Sunday morning and had it fixed in no time.
