I would give 0 stars if possible. This is a scam. The person who came out worked for Divine Appliance Repair. He was 2 hours late to inspect leaking washer. He quoted a price, I paid half, and he scheduled to return the following evening to fix the washer. Never showed up and didnt call. I called him and went straight to voicemail. I called him the next morning, actually spoke to him, he apologized and said he had the wrong day and would fix the washer the same day. Never showed up and didnt call! Tried to call him and went straight to voicemail.

I've had West End Appliance to our house twice, and I had an issue with a GE refrigerator. He fixed it in an hour and did a fantastic job and very reasonable cost. Great value!

The owner showed up right on schedule. I told him how the freezer stopped running this past weekend. He explained to me what might be the issue and the options I had. I chose to replace the appliance instead of repair it. But I am still very impressed with Tucker Appliance Repair and will definitely hire them the next time I need professional appliance repair.
