Mr Archer answered my phone message promptly. Worked with me to set up an appointment in a timely manner. Arrived on time and was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was really nice. Worked on my machine. Unfortunately the computer component was broken and at 300+ dollars for the part it isn't worth repairing. The service call fee was very reasonable. I will definitely call him again and highly recommend his business.
