Stay away from them. Technician came to fix my dishwasher that was not cleaning. Fixed new pump but did shoddy work in reconnecting the pipes and since then water slowly leaked underneath my dishwasher and caused a bigger damage. Now says open a new service request. I should have seen the reviews to begin with.

I have a similar experience to the other reviewer. The technician fixed the problem I had to tell him what the problem was. He didn't reinstall the dishwasher properly. I realized this after he left, so I called them. Once they finally called back after four days, the receptionist was extremely rude and belligerent. She told me they wouldn't come back out without a charge, that it was my fault, and that she didn't care what I did. Stay as far away from this business if you can call it that as possible!

The technician did not know what was wrong with my washing machine but still took my 90 diagnostic fee. I called back, but no one answered the phone and the recording said the mailbox was full. I drove to the location on the bill and found a vacant house in a residential neighborhood.
