Technician was great, said he had to order a new fan and set a new date to return and finish for the next week. Company kept resetting the date the Part hadn't come in. Finally got fed up and requested a refund. Miraculously the part showed up that day. Took almost another week to get it installed. Looked up part on internet, found it on Amazon, at half the price, with 2 days shipping! |

It took an entire 4 weeks from the diagnosis of my 2-yr old refrigerator failure for them to finally send a repair person to install the bad compressor in the 2-year old Kenmore Elite refrigerator that had stopped working! Their own servicemen told me I should never have bough a Kenmore Elite! They are a piece of trash and they use the rate of failure on them to frighten you into purchasing a home warranty system that costs 50 a month. Beware! |
