Appliance Repair by Komery Mechanical Services in Stone Mountain, Georgia

I called this “company” to check out my ac unit after it had gone out. They came and replaced the compressor and a year later the compressor went out again. I contacted them to explain that my ac wasn't functioning again and asked what my options were. They sent out a technician who stated that my compressor was bad after getting a “brand new” one only ONE YEAR PRIOR and advised that it needed to be replaced. To make a long story short, he removed my compressor, took it with him and NEVER returned. I was left without a compressor that I paid for. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE. THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY. I called the office and was told that they could bring the part that they removed but it wouldn't be in working condition and I would still have to pay. The office staff is VERY disrespectful, rude and UNPROFESSIONAL. I will warn everyone I know about this circus!

Felt like they were very honest with pricing and friendly, great customer service! The workers were friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. They finished my basement heating and cooling. They did a great job! They were at my house on time the days they were scheduled! I live in Cumming so It was ways drive! I would recommend them!
