| Don Culbreth | The Appliance Guys are thieves! Do your homework and check out other reviews. DO NOT give them a credit card, EVER. Pay with a check only when work is complete. We had them "look" at the problem and asked for an estimate. The estimate was way too high and we went elsewhere for service, but the card was charged in full for services not rendered and parts not delivered. They will not answer return calls and provide lies to the credit card company. We agreed to pay for the service call, but did not receive or accept any additional work. We are seeking legal retribution now. STAY AWAY! |
