Appliance Repair by Livingood’s – Appliance and Bedding in Savannah, Georgia

The sales members were great and knowledgeable. The refrigerator itself has been a headache, not that I blame this on Living Goods either. I've had to call for repairs twice bin the first month. Both times it took multiple calls to set up a service call. The service men were also great and knowledgeable. My complaint is with customer service and anyone who answers the phone in the main office. They don't return phone calls, put it on the customer to do all the leg work to get replacement, and when replacement is issued from manufacturer, they still have not called to inform me. I've had the refrigerator for two months and it has been working 50 of the time. After you buy the product, there is no customer service or support. This is unfortunate to the sales staff, because this will likely keep me from using Living Goods again in the future.

I purchased a dishwasher there 3 years ago that was "dead" out of the box and wouldn't even turn on. Instead of letting me exchange it the day of purchase for one that worked, they made me get it repaired. It has had repair after repair and most of the major parts replaced at least once. It is now is broken again, and I am replacing it with one I purchased from a big box store that will take it back if it comes out of the box not working. I made management aware of the issues multiple times and even wrote a letter. I want to support local businesses, but I can't afford to waste 900 when there are stores that will stand behind their products.
