Amazing work. Our tech was patient and knowledgeable. He worked through the problem and made sure we had the best cost. He came twice and stayed after the fix to ensure the refrigerator was working properly again. Highly recommend.

Our less than two 2 year old Whirlpool dishwasher stopped rinsing the soap during the rinse cycle leaving a film of dried soap. We called "It Is Fixed Appliance Repair" on Monday. They scheduled an appointment the following day, Tuesday. The technician Slava G arrived on time. He was polite and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a failing pump. He explained in detail the various options available. We chose to replace the complete panel including the pump and water heater. The part was in stock at their warehouse. He scheduled a follow-up visit the following day, Wednesday. Again, he showed up on time. He quickly removed & disassembled the dishwasher. He replaced the parts and tested multiple times. Finally, he reinstalled the dishwasher and cleaned up after himself. We are very pleased and highly recommend "It Is Fixed Appliance Repair ".

Tech came out once said he had to order a part to repair the refrigerator. Came back the next day installed the part and refrigerator still not working. Tech came back next day and said there was another issue. Finally another tech came out said the original tech misdiagnosed and tgey can repair it but it will take 10 additional days. Requested a refund and bought a new fridge. I dont think they even knew what was wrong.
