| Conner Robinson | An absolute scam! Technician came out to my apartment to look at why my dryer wasn't starting a cycle. Didn't take it apart or anything to actually diagnose a problem ... just pressed the start button and stated very vaguely that there was something wrong with one of the five safety measures. Quoted me a cost of 400 to fix the dryer. My boyfriend opened up the dryer, figured out the problem in minutes, and was able to fix it for the cost of a 30 part. I paid 69 for them to do absolutely no diagnosing of the actual problem. Complete waste of money and time. |

Unfortunately, the washing machine pump he had on his truck was in worse shape that the one on the machine, Took another appointment to get another pump - 9 more days to wait on another appointment. Fortunately, I was able to call A&E Appliance Repair direct and get the appointment moved up 2 days - Sears 4myhome would not change it at all! That's what you get w/ offshore service excuse me, NO service! |
