I purchased a 24" stackable from them on Wednesday, drove back to Knoxville. I connected everything and performed an operations check on it. Dryer worked great but the washer machine would not even come on. I immediately called them and informed them that there was a problem. I was informed that they would call me back as soon as possible. The next day I got a phone call and all she said was you are out of our service range and I should have known this. No I was informed that anything outside of 10 miles is an added 15 dollar service fee. I was told that they would call the owner and get back to me. The next day they called and said I could drive all the way back down there and switch it out for a larger system that would not fit in my apartment. I told them the size requirement and once again was told they would call me back. It's been three days and no phone call. I had to hire an appliance repair company myself. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS!

Bought a refrigerator in October from them, was working fine except for the dispenser in the door the lights were flashing and it was not working. The ice maker was still working, the freezer was still freezing and the refrigerator was still cold. They came out to fix the dispenser and then said that the part would be over 200. I told them we wouldn't spend that on a used refrigerator that is still working with the exception of the ice dispenser we woke up the next morning and nothing is working on it now. They broke it worse than it was and now they will do nothing about it and the owner wants to call me a “fuc-er” DO NOT buy from them or have them fix anything. It will end up worse off than orgianlly. Plus IF you buy used refrigerators you stand the chance in bringing in roaches into your home.
