I was considering installing a complete home package in my home , but what changed my mind quickly was when I brought my grill tank to be filled and was very disappointed that there was nobody to fill my tank. The woman behind the desk at the location of rabun gap was NOT helpful at all as I wasn't acknowledged right away while her cell phone was more important than a potential customer /customer, then told me I had to come back as they only fill tanks certain times of the day to be filled. An inconvience to any customer IF it was this much of a hassle and inconvience to fill my grill tank I was not going to give that company the satisfaction of putting a complete setup in my home. What an unprofessional way to run a business ! At that time I went to a local competitor and what a difference in customer service and professionalism. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

I have found Mountain Gas to be excellent. They consistently have the lowest prices. The key is to own your tank. That way you can buy gas from any provider with the best price.In addition, they advised me on installing an underground tank I bought from them that was refurbished at a great price compared to much higher prices from the area competitors. They guided me on the proper installation when I had the equipment to bury the tank myself at no charge.
