I hired this company based off of their good reviews and quickness that they could come out there sooner than any other company as I needed the job completed ASAP. However, it was one of the worst decisions I EVER made. The first day on the job, Joel was going to put down floor in the bathroom, hook up the plumbing, and put in the kitchen counter top. The work that was done was very poor. Pictures included. First off the floor in the bathroom, had a small section where the water line goes that is pieced together. If water enters in, the whole floor will be damaged. Also where the bathroom sink is, there was a piece of flooring that was not even laid down Picture included. Lastly, in the bathroom floor there were pieces not even attached. I put a piece of paper underneath to show. picture included. Next lets move to the kitchen. Countertop was not put on evenly, one side was longer than the other pictures included. What was worse than that, is the plumbing was not hooked up correctly so there was severe water damage in my brand new cabinets pictures included. So I called the company, and they said that they would send someone to fix the work. I asked if they were going to charge me to fix the work and Liz the receptionist, said she would ask the owner. I stated to her that I should not have to pay for work that was not done correctly the first time. The owner said that they would come out and fix it for free. The fact that she had to check to see if they were going to charge me again was absolutely ridiculous. Then, Bryan was sent out, he stated that he fixed the water damage in kitchen and floor in bathroom. However, I come to take a look at the work that he did, and there was still a leak in the kitchen sink. picture included and also the one spot by the water line and part of the floor in the bathroom was still showing. Also where the sink was installed from the first time, had glue all around it. picture included. I told company to fix that on the second visit as well. However, they did not. I had to call them a third time. At that point, I requested my money back because, if they cant fix the job after two times, what is the point. The owner refused to give me my money back. Stated that they would come out a third time, to get the job right. They sent Bryan again and he did clean off the glue on the sink, and fix blank spot in the bathroom. However, he did not replace the flooring by the water line in the bathroom so it still looks like the picture included in the review. I gave up at this point. On a side not, my mom had opened up the home for Bryan for that third visit and Bryan is going to make a snippy comment to my mom that he should not even be here right now. He already did what he needed to do. As you can see by the photos, clearly he did not. I do not appreciate this attitude towards my mom. If he wanted to make some comments or complaints they needed to be directed to me, not my 71 year old mother. It took weeks to fix what was wrong the first time. Please take my word of advice and hire another company. Do not waste your time or money like I did.

I was extremely disappointed with the work that my family hired them to do. I thought it was a basic project. However, we are going to end up spending more time and money to redo the project. Sloppy work and no desire to make it right. I will not be recommending.
