Integrity Factory Service did an excellent job on my dryer repair. They were fast and efficient! Very professional! The representative that came out was extremely knowledgeable and definitely knew what he was doing, Chase Thomas. He looked at the dryer and knew exactly what to do. He went above and beyond. I am extremely pleased with this company and the representative. I would strongly and easily recommend them. I definitely give them a 5 star rating!

My refrigerator had been having cooling issues for three months and I had spent several hundred dollars on repairs and an extended warranty thru Frigidaire before finding Integrity Factory Service. I googled looking for a local repair service with good reviews and I can tell you the 5 star review is true to the review. Chase came out and diagnosed the issue, explained the repair process and what parts needed to be replaced. He was professional, educated, and very well trained in his profession. The office staff called when the parts were received and scheduled the final repair appointment and Chase returned as scheduled and repaired the refrigerator without difficulty. Thank you Integrity for having trained professionals and being so efficient! Seems like such a rare occasion these days.
