It will require weeks to repair any Samsung products.From our initial contact to present it has been three weeks and my washing machine still isn't fixed There was damage to our property and the unfriendly people at Friendstek refuse to talk to me in regards to the busted flower pot off our drive way. Also the technician that was sent out did not speak English well at all. It was very frustrating not being able communicate with him. I'm attaching a photo of the busted pot please excuse the weeds. Some may feel its silly to be upset however if the man had told me up front it wouldn't have been a problem. |
