My daughter is a single mother and I bought her a 200 washing machine at this place, got home, hooked it up and NOTHING happened....crickets. I immediately called the store and the guy put the “technician” on the phone. He proceeded to tell me my outlet was dead. After haggling back and forth he agreed to there being a problem with the unit. I had to load it up and take it back. Long story short SOMEONE installed the wrong circuit board into that machine. It was never going to work. I was told every machine is thoroughly tested before it's put on the floor. They did do an even exchange. But the moral of this story is don't take their word that the machine has been thoroughly tested. You test it and plug it in yourself before you hand over the cash. |
