If I could vote less than 1 star, I would. I called about having my dishwasher fixed and I received a call back shortly and when asked what my model was, I told him I was out of the house and I would call back with the model when I got home. That was the last contact we had. I called back over 5 times and was “assured” I would hear something within the hour every time I called. I even text him like he asked with the model information with no response either to several text messages as well. One of the strangest interactions I have ever had to not even receive a call back from a company I am trying to give money to after 5 calls. I even mentioned that if they didn't want to do the job, I was ok with that, but have the common courtesy to tell me that instead of promising to call back and NEVER CALLING. Very, very poor customer service. Do not recommend.

Called and came out same day. Found issue and ordered the part. 2 days later our fridge was just like new. Friendly staff very professional. Would have giving 5 stars however we were charged 75 for a service call.

I'm 1000 satisfied. Mike had our brand new LG refrigerator working in MINUTES after a power surge from a lightning strike! He came same day too! AMAZING service! He was so personable, reasonably priced and explained things to me as he went along. I felt like I've known him my whole life. We were just saved a whole lot of money
