| Ed Biskis | Service tech was helpful but not knowledgeable. Door latch housing was cracked at door interface. Tech was able to help me open the door and then gave me a quote for 285 for the part. Googled the part and found it new on Amazon for 17. With door open you can easily replace yourself. A 15x multiplier for a part is inane. I questioned the price of the part because that is a small piece of the washer relative to total and the original purchase price. Well worth the 60 to get the door open |
| pacoloco4life . | Would have gotten 4 or 5 stars but I had to call too many times to recieve updates. They told me a part would be ready possibly by Monday. I had to call Tuesday to find out part wasn't there. Part delivery was confirmed for Thursday and was suppose to be installed that day or friday. I called the following Monday because I had not received a call about it. Got it scheduled and they came and did a great job Tuesday. The service was great but the communication was lacking. |
