Hwa P | Can't get a live person on the phone, can't leave a message. You must email to communicate with them. I sent an email asking them to call me to coordinate a date/time for an appointment. Never received a call, but on the day I had asked for an appointment received a phone call at 8:20am and was told I had an appointment at 9am. Was unable to leave work. Rescheduled, took the morning off after they told me told me they had put me on for an early morning appointment I still wasn't given a time farm for the appointment. This time I received a call telling me my appointment slot was from 11am-3pm. Asked home warranty company to change my service provider. Poor customer service, poor communication, and they act like all of this is your fault. Seek your service elsewhere. |
