| Nicholas Thrash | Their customer service is horrible. Their technicians are even worse. The man seemed more worried about getting to a football game than fixing the dryer properly. I was forced to use this company through a 3rd party extended warranty company. I surely wouldn't pay for any work done by them if I were the warranty company. I'm not the smartest person in the world, but I have enough common sense to know that if a hole that supports a drum roller has been damaged, then said drum roller will not last long. I'd recommend anyone who reads this to stay away from this company. Find a more reputable company. From reading previous reviews of this company, I'm not the only one who has had problems from them. |
