I received an automated call to notify me of my appointment window about 2-3 business days before my appointment. The day of my appointment, I actually received an automated call when the technician was on his way. He literally showed up about 15 minutes after the phone call. Chris, the service technician, was friendly, very polite, very professional, and provided some great tips and information about our washing machine. Based on my experience, I would recommend this company and would use them again in the future. |
