Appliance Repair by Griffin’s Home Appliance in Jasper, Georgia

I called first thing Monday morning to ask for someone to replace the belt on my clothes dryer. The office said they'd " see when he can schedule me and call me right back". I was also quoted 89.00 just to have their guy come give me an estimate. They were very clear that the actual repair is additional. When the office called me "right back" 3+ hours later she said he would see me on Thursday. I said "Ok, just cancel the appointment. " She then said she MIGHT be able to work me in on Wednesday. I said no - just cancel it for me. She said they could get a cancellation, or maybe I'd like to reschedule. Again, no thank you. Please cancel the request. She curtly told me to have a nice day and hung up. I haven't used them to repair anything. I couldn't get past the front office. Other appliance repair professionals were more customer friendly.

Spoke with the owner, He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He recommended a repair for me to try which I was comfortable with, and it saved my refrigerator. These folks are definitely my first call on my next repair.

If you have a Samsung refrigerator, then you know getting parts and finding someone to work on them is difficult. My husband ask someone in Big Canoe and Mr. Griffin was recommended. We gave him a call and he came the next day. He was on time, extremely professional and discussed our repair options. He ordered the part and installed it as soon as it came in. He kept us informed and was always prompt. We definitely recommend him to anyone that needs work on an appliance.
