| Ryan J | I am not here to bash the company but I just want to know if am the only person that is having this issue with this company. This company have never been to my house to fix an issue and not have to come back the very next day to fix the same issue or a new issue that they create. First was a Freon leak. I was oversea and my wife told be they came fix the problem and left. I told her they are going to come back cause that is just too quick for a leak. The very next day they were there to fix again. I was told it's a new leak in another location. What are the odds?. Next my TXV went out by the time they order it and install it and turn the unit on the compressor was out.what are the odds The owner just said we got a bad unit and he is sorry. Final straw came when we got there service package. My wife had to call to remind them, they apologized and said they over look is and a tech would be out. Tech did his service just service by the time he left same night there was a burning smell coming from unit. I might just have a bad unit but I am going to take my little business elsewhere. |
