| David Waltermyer | They continue to have FAST service turn around time, however ever since they were bought out by another company a couple years ago my trust for this place has gone down to about zero. I used to come here all the time and recommend them to everyone. Now they are ALWAYS trying to push additional services on you and are down right as close to 'scammy' as you can get away with. Example: I dropped by wife's car off for an oil change. They called back and said the brake pads were about shot and wanted close to 400 for a complete break job. I had not noticed of the common signs of brakes that needed to be replaced, nor had my wife, so I declined. When I got home I pulled wheels off and checked. Pads still had plenty of life and we drove the car for TWO MORE YEARS before i replaced the pads myself! I've had a couple other similar experiences since then that I won't go into details on, and I recently had a friend to which I had recommended they use this place years ago have a pretty bad experience with them. Suffice to say I sadly no longer trust this outfit and am currently looking for other options. I suggest you do the same. |
