Thanks to Emily and Bubba the parts whisperer, I was able to get the exact part to get my 15 year old gas logs up and running after multiple failed attempts trying to find the right part online. The team at Clayton Appliances will be getting my business in the future.

From start to finish our experience has been fantastic. We first had out one of their maintenance guys to verify that our fridge was broken beyond repair. Two days before the appointment they had a cancellation and called to see if we wanted to move up our apt. The day before we got a reminder that they would be there, & the day of I got called as the tech was on the way. We were given a full assessment, the price of what it would cost to replace and an honest recommendation that we should seriously consider replacing, which we did. When we went to look at models we were greeted, but allowed to look around on our own for a few minutes before being offered further assistance which I am a fan of . When we told the gentleman the size of our space, our list of features we really liked and those that we hoped for but weren't necessary he was able to help us narrow down to one that had everything we were looking for. And you can't beat their prices. He also helped us pick out a stand alone freezer that is appropriate for what our family needs. I have no hesitation in giving these guys 5 stars, as they has been absolutely fantastic on every aspect of their business I have used them to service equipment for my business as well, same experience.
