| Wendy Chron | Spent over 600 on lumber for a project. Our truck and trailer was pulled up to the loading entrance, ready to load. I had to get out of my vehicle and specifically ask the cashier if he could get someone to load our trailer. While waiting, another truck backed in and 4 people helped load 2 door frames and some kind of cement slabs. Those employees knew we were waiting to be loaded. Then one of the guys loading tried to cheat us out of 10 boards. Poor customer service!!!! |
