| Sheron Clarke | Discovered this past Saturday, that my old, but reliable Kenmore dryer wasn't heating up anymore. Frustrated, I went to the Nextdoor app to see if I could find someone to repair it, at the same time I was looking for good reviews. Potate's was the winner and apparently, so was I. Made the call and the lady who answered was very nice, she said she wasn't sure if anyone would be able to get to me that day, but she would call me back. I placed the service called after noon or 1pm I believe, so wasn't hopeful that I'd get seen or even have a resolution that day. As stated, she did call me back, said someone would be able to come out that day. At the end of the day, I did get the service visit and repair done in the space of about 3 hours! I am very pleased at the level of service I received, from the person answering my initial call, to the tech who came out to my home. Today I received a follow up call to make sure everything went okay and to make sure I'm good with my repair still. Would definitely use again and recommend to others. |

They came out when I asked them to, assessed the problem, ordered the part and within a few days were back to replace the bad part. Very professional young man and he even replaced the water filter I had bought but couldn't replace it. My refrigerator is working beautifully now!! Great company! Very happy with their repair and service. |
