Hello, I need a manager to call me 1st thing in the morning. I have an emergency situation. It was caused by 1 of the repair men, but surprisingly they did NOT come back to fix it today. Even though I called & came to the office about the situation... All my food is sitting outside in boxes to keep cold because he killed my refrigerator, when he left he said it wasn't working. I assumed he would come back to fix it! He was simply checking the thermostat. All my newly bought groceries from my freezer are ready thawing out! Thank you!

My husband called to ask a question about our washing machine and they were the rudest people ever. How they ever get any business is beyond me.

I have always heard great things about Langford. I however, will never be using them for services nor will I recommend them to family or friends. I called 3 days ago to request our LG refrigerator to be looked at because it wasn't working at all. I get a call on day 3 from the service person saying that they don't know anything about LG refrigerators. I understand that companies may not be knowledgeable of certain brands, but it isn't right to make a family with a newborn wait for 3 days just to find out that they will have to find someone else to come service the fridge after all. Highly disappointed.
