He was unable to fix anything stating that he needed to order parts. He took the ice maker from my refrigerator saying he could fix it. 3 months later, he has not returned, will not answer any calls, and will not return any massages. Very unreliable and un-professional. Do not call Greg Townsend appliance repair if you actually expect any satisfactory results. |
