After having problems with a refrigerator that was purchased from them, they have made and missed several appointments during May and June 2015. To be precise they missed three appointments, and then finally on 6/1/15 a technician named “Russ” showed up. He acknowledged the problem and stated that a new door seal may solve the problem. After he came they made and missed yet another appointment. Still the refrigerator does not work properly. COMPLETE LACK OF CONSIDERATION FOR THEIR CLIENTS. |
