| Jae L | I went to this store this week hoping that the customer service would be better than last time. The line in customer service was backed up and it was one middle age African American women helping everyone . While a middle age Caucasian women stood there without a care in the world or consideration of helping the people that were in line. I'm guessing the Caucasian lady was a manager of some sort because she was speaking to the African American lady very RUDE and unprofessional. I will not be visiting the Home Depot anymore even though it is close to my house. The manager in this department needs to learn the meaning of customer service and team work because she obviously has no clue what that is. I am going to be calling corporate as well. I felt bad for the other lady. She talked to her like she was trash. |
