Very sensible, honest, down-to-earth technician. Most importantly, he's extremely competent. Quickly diagnosed the issue with our dishwasher, and had the hard-to-find part ready for installation the next week. It turns out that our dishwasher was under an extended warranty, but I only realized this after the work had already been completed and paid for. Tommy went above and beyond to help us get at least a portion of the money we spent reimbursed by the manufacturer after the fact. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

Tommy Noble with Dependable appliance...I've used him for years. He's very punctual. If you have a 9:00 appointment...he'll be there at 9. He knows his job. And when he works on an appliance, its fixed. He has most parts with him. And he'll be honest and real with you. If you need to just get a new appliance rather than sinking money into trying to repair what you have, he'll tell you point blank. He's worked on every appliance in my house...stove...refrigerator...washer...dryer. I have a stove that's 30 plus years old...it messed up 18 years ago...He worked on it...it's been working every since.
