They contacted Allen's TV repair shop and Allen's contacted me instantly. I was informed that they do not service in Ft. Benning so we brought the TV unit to them and was explained that the new panel will be delivered in 5-7 days and that we will receive a phone call when it is fixed. Exactly two weeks from when we brought it, they called me to inform that it is fixed and boxed for pick up. We just finished setting it up and I'm proud to share that all is good!
