Appliance Repair by Scott’s Appliance Service, Inc in Clayton, Georgia

The service and value that scott and his employee offered me was excellent. I had first called another service person out to look at our refrigerator and shortly after he arrived, I asked for a rough estimate of what it should cost to fix the refrigerator. He estimated 1000 or more, so I told him that was fine and paid him 150 for the service call, which took him less than 5 minutes. I then spoke to Scott who told me his service call fee which was much lower and how he believed the repair would cost much much less. He came out and after an hour, had the refrigerator repaired as well as repairing my icemaker which had been freezing up. His charge was just a slight more than the other repairman who was here for 5 minutes. Not very often do you come across a service worker who performs over and above your expectations that that is what I found with Scott. I highly recommend his company for the excellent service that he offers. A++++++
