| Jason Edenfield | I was informed over the phone that there would be a charge of 7.95 for an estimate to come to my house. I asked just to make sure that was the only charge I would receive unless the tech did work. I was reassured 7.95 was all I would pay. My dryer cover was already off so that the technician could easily access the issue when he arrived. The tech spent 5 minutes total at my house, told me what it would cost to fix the issue and then charged me 69.95 for stating that I would get another estimate. I have found out that this place goes by two other names as well - Atlanta Appliances and Forward Appliance Service Inc. This company is a joke!! I've called the past 4 days to speak with a manager, supervisor, or owner but magically none of those people are ever there or available to call me back. Each time I called I was told to call back the next day at a certain time and the manager would be there, yet somehow when I called the next day, the manager was not there. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! |
