Later they said it needed a new panel and the cost would be higher than buying a new TV. Then they asked me if I wanted them to order a new panel or just get rid of the TV. They said they would get rid of it for me. I took it home and considered it permanently broken. A few weeks later I decided to open it up and see what I was dealing with. I noticed within 30 seconds a loose ribbon cable. I pushed it in and WALAH. The tv is perfect. They suck so bad they couldn't even diagnose a loose cable. Or they Lie so bad they was going to steal my TV. HORRIBLE PEOPLE! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS!! STAY AWAY |
